Whether you are picking up a golf club for the first time or looking to bring your game to the next level, we'd love to have you join our golf event on August 21, a relaxed day of instruction, play, professional connection, and practical leadership development.

Join fellow Tucson-area dentists and dental professionals for golf instruction suited to your ability level, followed by lunch and a focused CE session with Dr. Jake Finifrock.

$190 per person — lunch and snacks included

You will spend the morning learning and playing alongside other dental professionals, then turn your attention to one of the most important influences on practice performance: leadership.

You do not need to be an experienced golfer to participate.

The morning will include:

• Golf instruction and play for beginner through advanced golfers
• Short-game fundamentals for all ability levels
• Nine holes of play for confident golfers
• Continued on-course instruction for beginners

Earn 1.5 CE Credits: The Five Levels of Leadership

Leadership has a direct effect on office culture. It influences how clearly expectations are communicated, whether team members take ownership, and how consistently the practice moves forward.

During this 1.5-hour CE session, Dr. Jake Finifrock will explore the Five Levels of Leadership and help participants consider how they can become the kind of leaders their teams willingly trust and follow.

You will explore:

• The distinctions between the Five Levels of Leadership
• How to identify your current leadership level
• Practical ways to increase your influence and effectiveness
• How stronger leadership can support continuous improvement throughout the practice

The goal is to help you think more clearly about how you lead during real practice situations, from team meetings and accountability conversations to daily decisions and periods of change.
